- Attempt to identify anonymous respondents through any means
- Conduct corporate performance reviews without employee consent
- Gather intelligence on individuals for discriminatory purposes
- Submit false, malicious, or defamatory feedback
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit feedback
- Circumvent abuse prevention measures
- Share or publish respondent feedback publicly to shame individuals
- Engage in any illegal activity
Creator Obligations
- Share feedback links only with people who consent to participate
- Provide context about the purpose when sharing links
- Respect the anonymity of respondents
- Use feedback constructively for self-improvement
Respondent Obligations
- Provide honest and constructive feedback
- Do not include threats, hate speech, or illegal content
- Do not include personally identifiable information about third parties
- Do not share the feedback link publicly or with unintended recipients
Enforcement
Violations may result in: content flagging, link suspension, account termination, or reporting to law enforcement in cases of illegal activity.
