1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Side Mirror ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Side Mirror is operated by Graf Technology, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. Side Mirror is a personal growth tool that enables individuals ("Creators") to receive anonymous, honest feedback from people they know ("Respondents"). The Service provides:

• Feedback cycle creation and management
• Anonymous feedback collection via shareable links
• Feedback viewing, filtering, and export tools

3. Account Creation

To use the Service as a Creator, you must provide a valid email address. We use magic link authentication, so no password is required. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account.

4. Payment Terms

Feedback cycles are purchased as one-time payments. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Creator Responsibilities

As a Creator, you agree to:

• Not attempt to identify anonymous respondents
• Not use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Not share feedback publicly with intent to shame or embarrass
• Use the feedback for personal growth and self-reflection

6. Respondent Guidelines

Respondents are expected to provide honest, constructive feedback. Feedback must not contain threats, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or personally identifiable information about others.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for: corporate performance reviews without employee consent, harassment or bullying, any illegal purpose, automated/bot submissions, or attempting to circumvent abuse prevention measures.

8. Content Ownership

Feedback submitted through the Service belongs to the Creator who initiated the feedback cycle. Side Mirror does not claim ownership of feedback content.

Side Mirror is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Graf Technology, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including emotional distress from feedback content.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
